Sending the tub back
Returns, replacements and the handful of cases where a tub simply cannot be taken back.
Start at the order page
Every return we know of begins and ends on the order page of the store the tub came from. That page carries the return window, the label and the refund, and it can usually settle a damaged arrival in a day. We have no access to it and no way to reverse a payment we never received.
What is usually accepted
Unopened tubs within the store's window, boxes that arrived crushed, and multipacks that came up short on count. Photographs help in all three cases, and the store asks for them on the same page.
What usually is not
An opened tub cannot be resold, so stores rarely accept one back for a change of mind. A tub that has dried out after months of being left open is at the end of its working life rather than faulty. And a scent you did not enjoy is a matter of taste — write to us about that and we will at least point you at a tub you will like better.
Faults we want to hear about
If a sealed tub arrives grainy, separated or hard, that is a fault on our side and we want to know, even after the store has replaced it. Send us the scent and the format and we will trace the batch.
