How the tub travels

Who packs it, who carries it, and how long a tub is in transit before a lid gets lifted.

The route a tub takes

A tub leaves our compound line sealed and goes into stock. From there the partner store you buy from picks it, packs it and hands it to a carrier. Every step after the seal belongs to them, which is why the delivery estimate you see at the till is the one that counts, not anything we could print here.

Timings, honestly

Most tubs in the continental United States arrive within a few days of ordering. Multipacks are heavier and occasionally slower. The weeks before the winter holidays and the start of a school term are the two reliable pinch points, and a party box ordered three days before a party is a gamble we would not take.

Cold, heat and what survives

Compound is indifferent to cold — a tub that has been in a freezing van for a day is fine once it has warmed up in a hand. Sustained heat is the real risk. A box left on a doorstep in midsummer sun for an afternoon can stiffen the tubs inside, so bring deliveries in.

If the box arrives wrong

A crushed box, a missing tub or a lid that travelled off go back through the order page of the store that sent it. They hold the record of what shipped and can replace it; we cannot, because the transaction was never ours to see.
