Multipacks exist because slime is better shared and worse shared out of one pot. A box of sealed mini tubs gives every child their own lid, which removes the only real argument the material produces.
Twenty-four covers a class party with nothing left over. Forty-eight covers a school year: a class of thirty with spares, then a birthday in the spring from the same box. Because each tub is sealed, the leftovers do not go off between events.
Press the lid fully down after every session and keep the tub out of sun and off radiators. Our compound dries from the open surface inward, so air is the only thing that shortens its life.
A stiff rim can be kneaded back into the soft middle. Water and lotion cannot rescue a tub that has set through, and both make the body permanently wrong.
