Easy on every screen
How these pages are built to be read, and what to tell us if they are not.
Built plain on purpose
The shelves here are ordinary headings, lists and links in the order they are read aloud. Nothing is hidden behind a hover, nothing scrolls sideways, and every page works with the keyboard alone — tab through a shelf and the tiles come in the order they appear.
Text and colour
Type is set large enough to read without zooming and will scale further if your browser asks it to. Text sits on its background at a contrast we check rather than guess, and nothing relies on colour alone to make a point — a flag on a tile says what it means in words.
Pictures
Every photograph carries a description of what is actually in it, written for someone who is not looking at it. Decorative marks carry nothing, which is the correct amount.
Motion
There is none. No carousels, no auto-playing anything, no parallax. A page that moves while being read is a page that is harder to read.
If something here fails you
Write to scoop@compoundkings.pages.dev with the page and the problem and we will fix it rather than add it to a list. This is a small site and the person who built it reads that mailbox.
